Mypple helps businesses and customers stay connected through communication, feedback, loyalty, and related relationship features.

Mypple is early and may change as we learn from businesses and customers. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed over time.

Businesses are responsible for the information, offers, messages, products, services, and customer interactions they manage through Mypple.

Customers are responsible for the information they provide and the way they communicate with businesses through Mypple.

You must use Mypple in a respectful, lawful, and honest way. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

You keep ownership of content you submit to Mypple. You give Mypple permission to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate the law, someone else's rights, or these terms.

If you share ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Mypple, we may use them without restriction or compensation. We appreciate it, and it helps shape the product.

Some parts of Mypple may be free during an early stage. If paid plans, transaction fees, or other charges are introduced, we will provide the applicable terms before charging you.

Mypple may connect to third-party tools, payment providers, messaging services, analytics providers, hosting services, or business systems. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We work to keep Mypple reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Mypple is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that Mypple will meet every business need, produce specific business results, or replace professional, legal, financial, or operational advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mypple will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid Mypple for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or the smallest amount allowed by law if no payment was made.

You may stop using Mypple at any time. We may suspend or end access if we believe you violated these terms, create risk for Mypple or others, or if we need to comply with law.

We may update these terms as Mypple changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, unless mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your location require otherwise.
