This Acceptable Use Policy explains behavior and content that are not allowed on Mypple. It applies to businesses, customers, team members, and anyone else who accesses the service.

Use Mypple lawfully
- Do not use Mypple for illegal goods, illegal services, fraud, deceptive practices, or activity that violates laws or regulations.
- Do not use Mypple to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, or other rights.
- Do not ask Mypple or another user to process information in a way that would violate applicable law.
Respect people
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, shame, or abuse another person.
- Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading promotions.
- Do not impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your authority to act for a business.
Protect customer trust
- Businesses must only contact customers where they have an appropriate relationship, permission, or lawful reason.
- Businesses must keep offers, prices, availability, loyalty terms, and service information accurate and not misleading.
- Businesses must honor opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, and other communication preferences where required.
Protect data and systems
- Do not upload sensitive information unless Mypple specifically supports it and you have a lawful reason to do so.
- Do not try to access accounts, systems, data, or features that are not yours.
- Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt Mypple or its providers without written permission.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been violated, we may remove content, limit features, suspend access, notify affected parties, or take other appropriate action.
To report suspected abuse, contact Mypple through the official contact channel published on our website, in the product, or in the communication you received from us.
