Use Mypple lawfully

• Do not use Mypple for illegal goods, illegal services, fraud, deceptive practices, or activity that violates laws or regulations.
• Do not use Mypple to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, or other rights.
• Do not ask Mypple or another user to process information in a way that would violate applicable law.

Respect people

• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, shame, or abuse another person.
• Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading promotions.
• Do not impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your authority to act for a business.

Protect customer trust

• Businesses must only contact customers where they have an appropriate relationship, permission, or lawful reason.
• Businesses must keep offers, prices, availability, loyalty terms, and service information accurate and not misleading.
• Businesses must honor opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, and other communication preferences where required.

Protect data and systems

• Do not upload sensitive information unless Mypple specifically supports it and you have a lawful reason to do so.
• Do not try to access accounts, systems, data, or features that are not yours.
• Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt Mypple or its providers without written permission.
